A few answers that might save you a message.
How far in advance should we book a performance?
Four to six weeks is ideal, as it gives us time to plan choreography, costumes and travel for the number of dancers you need. We do take shorter-notice bookings when the troupe is available — call us and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Do I need dance experience to join Ballet Icyeza Polska?
No. Most of our members started with no formal training at all. What matters is showing up consistently and being willing to learn. Message us first and we'll let you know when the next open rehearsal is.
Do you only work with the Rwandan community?
Rwandan by roots, open to all. Our dancers, volunteers and audiences come from many backgrounds, and anyone who wants to learn, perform or support the work is welcome.
Can you perform outside Warsaw or outside Poland?
Yes. We've performed across Poland and internationally, including in Belgium. For events outside Warsaw, please include travel details in your message so we can prepare an accurate quote.
How can I support the foundation financially?
We accept one-off donations, recurring support and event sponsorship. Choose "Donation & support" in the form above and we'll send you the current options and our foundation details.
